A finance background, pointed deliberately east.
I studied Finance at the London School of Economics, mostly drawn to markets, risk, and the machinery behind how capital actually moves. I've passed CFA Level I and I'm grinding through Level II now.
Next I'm moving to Shanghai for the Master of International Finance at Fudan. That choice wasn't random. I've spent a few years learning Mandarin and building a small audience in China, and I'd much rather be on the ground than read about the place from far away.
The long game is simple enough: become a portfolio manager, and one day run my own firm with an Asia focus.
